1. Our Artwork

SUNANGLE ARTISTRY offers original handcrafted and mixed-media artworks. Each piece is individually created and may contain natural variations in color, texture, surface, and dimensional details.

These variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted artwork and are not considered defects.

2. Artwork Availability

Many of our artworks are individually handmade or made to order. Availability, production time, and delivery estimates may vary depending on the artwork and customization requested.

Unless otherwise stated, made-to-order artwork may require approximately 6–8 weeks for production and shipping.

3. Custom Artwork

For customized artwork, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding size, colors, design preferences, and other requested specifications.

Once production has begun, customized orders may not be cancelled or modified unless otherwise agreed by SUNANGLE ARTISTRY.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Orders are confirmed after payment has been successfully received. SUNANGLE ARTISTRY reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is fulfilled.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We carefully package our artwork for transportation. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our artworks are original, handcrafted, and often made to order, returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customized artwork may be non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or in cases of damage or substantial error attributable to SUNANGLE ARTISTRY.

7. Artwork Damage

If an artwork arrives damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging.

We will review the situation and work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, designs, logos, text, videos, and other content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to SUNANGLE ARTISTRY and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

9. Certificate of Authenticity

Where provided, a Certificate of Authenticity confirms the originality and provenance of the artwork identified on the certificate.
